Part 1: What is the current policy on maternity and paternity (parental) leave in the United States? Discuss length of leave and payment for loss of work due to the birth of your child. How do we compare to at least one other country?

Part 3: If you are employed, what is your company’s policy on time of work for the birth of a child and how does it compare to the federal law? If you are not employed, look up a company that you would like to work for and find their policy.
