  • Reflect on the three types of leadership needed for adaptability in bureaucratic organizations:  operational leadership, entrepreneurial leadership, and enabling leadership.  Discuss which function  (operational, entrepreneurial, enabling) you believe best aligns with your role as an advanced practice nurse.
  • Discuss the importance of one enabling leadership principle or enabling leadership practice that you feel is critical to successful ideation and innovation in your work environment.
