Part 2: Track you own progress on career development starting with the fantasy stage to where you are currently. ( Health Care Administration)

For example: What did you want to be during your “fantasy” stage of career development? (Professor McGoey first wanted to be a “robot” when she grew up. That obviously isn’t possible. I moved into wanting to be an art teacher (I can’t draw/paint or sculpt at all…I just liked the markers and paints), to wanting to work in the research and science fields which I did for many years as I transitioned into a teaching and research career. 

Part 3: What stage are you in now and how have your career plans changed over your lifespan? Be sure to explain how your education was a component in all stages of career development where applicable.
