A person working in an environment with people from different cultures, and customs may encounter ethical conflicts. Situations may arise in which ethical decisions may conflict with organizational values.

Issues concerning organizational integrity and personal ethical conduct may cause a person to experience negative emotions.

Research indicates that psychological-well-being is directly related to spiritual and social growth (Kowalski, & Westen, 2009). Research indicates that as a person ages, one becomes more acceptance of different issues in life. Personal growth may affect how ethical principles affect gender, like women are more likely to experience and accept spiritual well-being before men.

The affect of psychological knowledge and principles involving health and personal growth is different at each stage of lifespan development.

Psychology as a career choice for some individuals may be very beneficial, individuals seeking careers in psychology should posse patience, and the desire to help others. A career in psychology takes four to six years of intense work before the individual is ready to earn income in this field. Psychology is an excellent career choice for the person willing to go the distance and earn the degree. The Influence of Ethic on Career Choice in psychology The decision to make psychology a career choice usually involves diverse influences, such as the need to understand human behavior.

How behavior affects some aspect of society and how individuals and groups influences the majority. Most of the questions and assumptions psychology makes involves ethical choices. Psychology is one career choice, which lets individuals’ research different segments of society. Cross-Culture research influences diversity in many areas, such as law-enforcement, medicine, mental health, research, corporate, and family-life. A career in psychology gives an individual access to many important disciplines, which uses psychology as a foundation for understanding human behavior (Society of clinical Psychology, 2006).
