EMPLOYEES DISCRIMINATION IN HEALTHCARE SETTINGS by following these steps;

1. Access to Secondary Data source

2. State your problems clearly in the context of HEALTHCARE ADMINISTRATION (Because this is your concentration, that is, what you are having your doctoral on.

3. Have a focus for how your applied project will address the problem/How the Administration or management will or have to address the problem. All your responses must be based on a SECONDARY DATA SOURCE.

Your refined project premise will include:

The title of your proposed topic for your project

The problem statement

The purpose statement and intent

The significance of the project, possible challenges, and potential barriers to the project

The project’s questions to be answered

The proposed methodology and design for the project

The possible secondary data types or sources of information

Length:

Project Premise: minimum of 3-4 pages, not including title and reference pages

Annotated Bibliography: minimum of 7 pages, inserted as Appendix A to the Project Premise after the reference page.

References: Include a minimum of 5 scholarly resources for the Premise; 7-10 for the Annotated Bibliography. 

Week 7 B – Signature Assignment: Formulate Your DHA Project Prospectus

Your coursework, up to this point, has prepared you for this assignment. In Week 1 you reflected on your original Premise, which is the basis for a prospectus and after your reflection and self-critique, you constructed an updated Premise in Week 2. In Week 3, you justified sources of evidence supporting your project and identified your selected research methodology, design, and methods for your project. In further support of your Prospectus, you updated your original annotated bibliography adding more references in Week 4. Every project needs a plan and a timeline and in Week 4, you created your timeline for the milestones in your first DSE course. You now have the critical pieces to complete your DHA Project Prospectus.

In addition to submitting your Prospectus to Dropbox, please send a final copy of the Prospectus to the attention of the DHA Program Director via [email protected] the subject line of your email should be formatted as follows: Last Name, First Name DHA Prospectus. This step is necessary to ensure the appointment of your project committee chair and subject matter expert. Failure to submit your Prospectus to the school may result in unnecessary delays in beginning your DIS Project courses.

For this assignment, you will download and complete the DHA Project Prospectus template found in this week’s resource. For additional guidance, refer to the DHA Project Prospectus Guidebook.

The completed assignment should demonstrate thoughtful consideration of the ideas and concepts presented in the course by providing new thoughts and insights relating directly to this topic. The content should reflect scholarly writing and current 7th edition APA standards.
